Each month, in a separate mailing from your bill, you'll receive a meter read letter telling you when and how to read your meter. Just call in your monthly meter reading to Customer Service at 1-888-890-5554 or quickly submit your reading online.
If you have a digital meter, just write the meter numbers in the boxes above "Mark if a digital meter" on the back of your monthly meter read letter. Report your findings through the toll-free Customer Service number or use our Web site to submit your reading.
